You can play these files on many players, but we recommend the two players we link to at Tainster, the latest VLC player and the latest Flash player.
What is H.264?
H.264 is the latest and greatest, current industry standard in video compression technology. It provides fantastic compression at a low bit rate. Meaning, better quality videos at lower file sizes.
I only hear sound, there are no images.
Your video player doesn't have codec needed for playing our videos. A codec is short for coder/decoder and transforms data for viewing. Please download and install the XvidD codec (alternately, you can download the installer directly from our server) and everything should work just fine (feel free to verify the saftey of this file using McAfee's site advisor.
The Movie doesn't open at all.
Please download the clip by right-clicking at the link and selecting Save target as.... You will then be able to play the video by double-clicking on the downloaded file.
The suggestions above didn't help!
It has been reported that download accelerators can affect the integrity of a file. If you use a download accelerator, please try disabling it (or limiting it to a single connection).
You might also try downloading and installing the Videolan VLC player.
Video Playback (Mac)
The Videos do not play on Mac.
In order to play our full-length videos you need to follow the instructions on this page. You can also try to download and install Flip4Mac which was reported as working flawlessly.
You can also try MPlayer OS X, which is binary version of MPlayer for Linux.
I'm having a problem downloading scenes on a Mac.
For Mac users who are having problems with downloading: On Mac OS you can use Control + Click or 2-finger Click on the Touch Pad instead of right clicking. You will get a context menu and then click "Download Linked File As".

How do I download the files in a zip?

Browser Issues
The site looks all crazy, what can I do?
Your problems will go away if you're running the most modern, up–to–date browser, such as Mozilla Firefox. It's free and considerably better at protecting your computer from those nasty porn viruses. You may wish to try Opera instead of Firefox — it's also free and quite secure.
AOL Issues
I am having problems seeing pictures with my AOL browser.
Try the following: From the AOL web browser program, click on Members and select the Preferences. Then, click on Uncompressed Graphics, click on Advanced section, and click on Purge Cache. Everything should work fine. And don't forget to download the latest version of AOL.
I am an AOL user and I'm having all kinds of problems viewing things.
America Online users must use AOL Version 3.0 or greater and Netscape 3.0+ or Internet Explorer 3.0+. AOL 3.0+ allows you to run browsers on top of AOL. Simply minimize your AOL window, launch your browser, and surf. If you need to upgrade to the latest version of AOL, go to Keyword and type in "upgrade" then follow the instructions.
Speed Issues
How do I speed them video thingies up?
Video is bandwidth intensive and analog modems or GPRS connections have trouble keeping up. You can try clicking the pause button on videos to let them buffer, then click play again. You can also try buying a faster modem or upgrade to a faster internet service plan. They made broadband for porn, baby!
But I'm paying for a [insert super fast speed here] broadband connection! Everything is still slow!
Chances are, it's not us. We have 2 server banks situated in two seperate data centers in Europe. Contact your ISP and give 'em hell for not fulfilling their end of the contract.
