What will show up on my credit card statement?
Your credit card will be billed as Maxxpay.nl.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel you account on our account cancellation page.
Am I automatically re-billed each month?
Yes. You will automatically be re-billed for whichever of the monthly plans you have chosen. However, you can also add credits to your packages for special features, and these are pay-as-you go, meaning the extra credits are one time purchases and will not be re-billed.
What about chargebacks?
As we all know, internet fraud is on the rise. Unfortunately, much of this is perpetrated by people who legitimately purchase services but later deny having done so to their credit card companies. This is fraud, a felony punishable by law. We investigate all claims of credit card fraud, and we will ask you to sign an affidavit. If you do commit fraud, we will blacklist your card and you will be unable to use it for internet purchases.
My credit card is being refused.
For reasons unknown to humankind, valid cards are sometimes refused. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try using a different credit card.
Why does my credit card statement show a larger charge than what was advertised or a different charge each month?
Because we are a European company, we charge in Euros, not U.S. dollars, so there will normally be a fluctuation between the U.S. dollar and Euro rate of exchange. Sometimes the actual dollar charge will be more than the quoted Euro price, and, if the dollar strengthens against the Euro, it will be less.
Will you mail anything to my house?
No. We will not send anything to your house and we do not resell your information to 3rd parties!
